Where are we going?

1

Consolidating the team and legal structure

Strengthening the foundation's organizational framework by formalizing roles, responsibilities, and governance structures. This will ensure long-term stability and operational efficiency as the foundation grows.

2

Creating an (international) network for jobs, freelance gigs, and internships

Developing partnerships with companies and organizations globally to provide youth with access to job opportunities, freelance projects, and internships. This network aims to bridge the gap between local talent and the global market.

3

Creating collaborations with students in The Netherlands, internship possibilities

Establishing connections with Dutch educational institutions to create internship opportunities for students in Morocco. This collaboration will facilitate knowledge exchange and provide students with practical experience in an international context.

4

Organizing a short (1-2 months) digitalization course

Offering a brief, intensive course focused on essential digital skills, aiming to equip participants with the knowledge they need to thrive in today’s digital economy. The course will cover topics like basic coding, digital marketing, and the use of digital tools for business.

5

Preparing for offering a full-stack developer course

Laying the groundwork for a comprehensive full-stack development course. This course will provide in-depth training in web development, including both front-end and back-end technologies, preparing students for careers in tech.

6

Offering grants to allow students to invest in their digital skills (full-stack development)

Providing financial support to motivated students who wish to enhance their digital skills but may lack the resources to do so. These grants will enable more youth to participate in the full-stack developer course and other digital upskilling programs.
